46 North Stockton Street, on the corner of Stockton and Commerce Streets, was recently rehabbed as part of a real estate project called Stockton Street Apartments.

After a decade of vacancy, twenty-eight apartments along Stockton, Academy, and Perry Streets were redeveloped as affordable homes offering hardwood floors, Energy Star appliances, granite counter-tops, and other amenities. The first floor commercial space of 46 North Stockton was redeveloped to become a future coffee shop.
