Free 8-week INTRO to 3-D Design Course

for Trenton Residents

Isles, in collaboration with Marcus Mera, is offering a free 8-week 3-D Design Course to Trenton residents. The course will introduce participants to the basics of 3-D technology using a variety of hands-on activities to design their own creations. Students will learn various 3D software and design skills to enhance many careers.

 

This project is funded by Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credits (NRTC) through the NJ Department of Community Affairs.

Why 3-D Modeling?
3-D Design and Printing is a growing field with many applications, such as in jewelry design, architecture / engineering, medicine, industrial design, software development, fashion, art, and video game design.

When:

Start: OCTober 1, 2020, 6pm-7:30pm

8-weeks, Every Thursday (except thanksgiving)

Where:

Virtual (a link to the live video stream will be made available following registration)

Requirements:
Ages 17 and older
Basic knowledge of computers

About the Instructor:
Marcus Mera is an artist who has experience as a jewelry and apparel designer. He has created award-winning jewelry for companies such as Harry Winston, Van Cleef & Arpels, John Hardy, and Renzo Gracie. His 3D education programs have attracted  clients including Tristar, Sony Pictures, Toy Association, and jewelry designers.
